Basketball

The towns of Plattsburgh and Schuyler Falls are co-sponsoring an instructional youth basketball program for girls and boys in grades 1 and 2 from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturdays at the Morrisonville Elementary School gym from Jan. 16 through Feb. 27. Children will have the opportunity to learn basic basketball skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting without the pressure of competition.

Schuyler Falls Basketball

The Town of Schuyler Falls Recreation Department is conducting registration for its basketball program, which is open to town youths in grades 3-6. Forms must be completed and returned to the town hall by Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009.

Registration forms are available at the town hall, Rock's Grocery, Morrisonville Redemption Center and Tops Market (Irish Settlement Road).

Baseball/Softball/T-ball registration

The Town of Schuyler Falls is registerings town youths, ages 4-16, for baseball, softball and t-ball.

Registration forms are available at the town hall, Under One Roof Video, Rock's Grocery and Tops Market on the Irish Settlement Road. All forms must be completed and returned to the town hall by Thursday, April 16, 2009. Late registrations will be placed on a waiting list with no guarantee of playing.

Youth Basketball

The towns of Plattsburgh and Schuyler Falls are co-sponsoring an instructional youth basketball program for girls and boys in grades 1-2. The program will be held on Saturdays from 6-7 p.m. at the Morrisonville Elementary School gym, from Jan. 24-Feb. 28, 2009.

Children will have the opportunity to learn basic basketball skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting without the pressure of competition.

Anyone who resides in the towns of Plattsburgh or Schuyler Falls is welcome to attend. The program is free of charge. Summer Soccer

The Town of Schuyler Falls is holding registration for its summer soccer program, which is open to town youths ages 4-14. Registration forms must be completed and returned to the town hall by Thursday, Aug. 7.

Forms are available at the town hall, Morrisonville Redemption Center, Rock's Grocery and Tops Market (Irish Settlement Road).
