Conditioning Camps 2012

J & B's Sports Performance Camp

Where: City of Plattsburgh Recreation Facility
Days: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs. from 8am - 10am

Take advantage of up to six weeks of sport specific strength and training. The coaches of J & B's will emphasize proper form and technique in the traditional weight room exercises to power lifting exercises. Training sessions will include form running, core performance, speed & agility, and power lifting.

Sign up deadline is the Friday prior to class or until filled.
Rates: 1 week = $85.00
2 weeks = $160.00
3 weeks = $225.00
4 weeks = $275.00
5 weeks = $315.00
6 weeks = $340.00

Jump Camp 2012

The 12th Annual Beekmantown Booster Club Jump Camp will be held June 18-August 9 at Beekmantown High School for athletes entering grades 7-12 during the 2012-13 school year.

Jump Camp is an affordable, eight-week athletic development program designed to prepare athletes for school sports. Workouts are performed on Mondays and Thursdays and typically last an hour to an hour and a half. Morning and evening sessions are available.

Out-of-district athletes and college athletes are welcome. Applications available online at www.bcsdk12.org under Athletics.

Jump Camp 2011

Jump Camp is entering its 11th year and attracted well over 200 local athletes last summer. It takes place at Beekmantown High School and meets on Monday and Thursdays from June 20 to August 11 (for 8 weeks). There is a morning session that meets at 8AM and an evening session that meets at 6PM. For more information and to register, click here:

Conditioning Camp

J&B's Strength and Conditioning 2011 is set to be held at CV Fitness.
Camp dates are Monday through Thursday for weeks beginning June 27,
July 5 (Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday only),
July 11, July 18, July 25 and Aug. 1.

Sessions begin either at 8 a.m. or 9:15 a.m. and run for an hour and a half.

Athletes ranging from age 9-college age may join for any or all of the 6 weeks of training. The camp focuses on proper lifting technique, speed training and core strength including power lifting to help in sports performance in all aspects of sports.
