The City of Plattsburgh Recreation Department will offer instructional swimming and instructional tennis this summer. Both programs are open to city residents at no charge.

Registration for both will be June 9-12, from 4-8 p.m., and June 13, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m., in the City gym, 52 U.S. Oval. A parent or guardian must accompany the child to registration and show proof of city residency.

The swim program, offering three two-week sessions, will begin June 30 with times varying according to skill level.

The tennis program will have four one-week sessions, starting Monday, July 7. Classes will be from 9-10:15 a.m. and 10:30-11:45 a.m.

At the end of each session, parents will be allowed the opportunity to register for any open slots in the next session.
