County Youth Baseball/Softball 2011

YOUTH BASEBALL & SOFTBALL REGISTRATION

THIS LEAGUE IS RUN BY THE CLINTON COUNTY YOUTH BUREAU. REGISTRATIONS ARE PERMITTED FOR CITY OF PLATTSBURGH RESIDENTS ONLY! IF OUTSIDE THE CITY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD THERE. THIS LEAGUE IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM PLATTSBURGH LITTLE LEAGUE AND CITY SCHOOL PLAY.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 6th, 2011
(Baseball is boys only... Softball is girls only)

Age Group Classifications Born on & Born on or After:

Grasshopper - 7, 8, 9 yr. olds and 8/1/01 7/31/04
Pee Wee - 10, 11, 12 yr. olds and 8/1/98 7/31/01
Pony - 13, 14, 15, 16 yr. olds and 8/1/94 7/31/98


BASEBALL/SOFTBALL GAME DAYS (Tentative):

Grasshopper Saturday and Wednesday
Pee Wee Tuesday and Friday
Pony Monday and Thursday

Practices for baseball/softball will not begin until after May 18th; the season will run from June 7 to July 21. Coaches will contact players on their roster after this date. WE NEED COACHES!!!! Please contact Justyn Gordon gordonj@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov or at 726-6922 or 324-7709.
